-What to expect This 4 day push pull STRENGTH program was designed for my philosophy on training when I have time off fights and need to prioritize strength and conditioning, however the program is designed to get STRONGER, endurance is the foundation of strength. -80% strength training -20% endurance Monday - upper body Wednesday - lower body Friday - upper body Saturday - lower body I recommend running 5-20 miles per week, start slow and gradually increase volume.

As an athlete who strives to constantly reach the next level I have experimented and studied different types of fitness (weights, running, wrestling, jiujitsu, CrossFit, boxing, kickboxing, and mma) over the past 10 years of my life. The majority of my weight training/wrestling and running came from high school sports. After high school I felt I needed to continue my physical hands on sports so I joined the “lost boys” a MMA team in eureka and my passion for health and fitness evolved for this huge change of muscle/conditioning requirements to compete with the worlds best athletes and my fitness training is for the “total athlete” When I’m not in the gym or running outside I’m sharing my knowledge helping people 1:1 online. to achieve there goals!
