Description: Easy no yeast pizza 🍕

This pizza dough doesn’t make you bloated and takes less time without the yeast!
Recipe is for 1 small pizza!

(For the pizza dough)
1/4 cup (60 ml) Non-dairy milk 
1/4 cup (60 ml) Warm water
1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Avocado oil
1 1/2 cup (190g) white spelt flour 
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda

Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Meanwhile on a low heat in a pan add the non dairy milk with the water and avocado oil. Do not boil.
Add all wet ingredients once warm to the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix.
Your dough should come together quickly. Kneed for 5 mins. (If too wet add a little more water)
Cover bowl and let dough sit for 30 mins in warm room.
Remove dough and kneed into your pizza shape (round of rectangle) use a rolling pin if you have one.
Oil baking tray and press dough onto it.
Add your tomato sauce and toppings.

Bake in the oven on 425F (220C) for around 15 -20 minutes depending on the size of the pizza and thickness of the crust.
