I can't do press ups! Help!
The push up (press up) can take time to be able to master. In my workouts if I programe a press up you can do these on your knees (modified press up) and take it to a high plank when you're ready. Don't give up practicing them! Remember to keep your core engaged and elbows tucked in to the sides of your body.
Why should I train upper body if I want to lose weight?
Essentially, any exercise can work for fat loss, providing you are consistently eating in a calorie deficit. Upper body training is still great to add to your workouts because weight training can help you burn calories.
