This upper body and core workout is a circuit of all body weight exercises that can be done anywhere! Home, gym, holiday! You’ll have 30 seconds on each of the 9 exercises (Try to do as many reps as you can) You’ll repeat that round 3 times on each of the 3 circuits. (Resting 1 minute between each round) Good luck and leave this workout a rating and comment how it went for you!
