How long do the workouts last for?
Each workout lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. Please work through it at your own pace though. It's common that a machine is being used by another gym member you may have to go to the next exercise or wait a few minutes.
How can I ask you questions?
Message me in the app for any questions you have. I do my best to review all comments and make any recommended changes. I can't wait to see your progress! :) I would also love to see your progress pictures and videos. You can always tag me on Instagram and use the hashtag fitasaunicorn or feel free to send me a DM on IG. I would love to be able to showcase your progress to our community.
What do I need to participate?
* You will need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment, machines. * A positive attitude and dedication to the program - you can do it!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
How will I get the results I want?
* Stay consistent with your workouts by following the programme and trying your best, no comparing to others - this is YOUR journey. * Aim to get in 7-9 hours sleep a night-Move all devices away from your sleeping quarters or onto airplane mode. * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients. * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover - an active rest day can consist of a walk, yoga, riding your bike. *Don't forget to stretch and cool down after your workouts (See my stretch cool down series in the app)

Loved this for my first gym workout with Izzy. I usually find it hard to know what to do at the gym and feel self conscious, this workout made me feel focused and my glutes are fire 🔥
