- Avoid swinging
- Stretch at the bottom 
- Squeeze core at the top and breath out

Hanging knee ups

- From a high pulley grip rope just forward of your face
- Roll your ribs towards your hips engaging your abs
- Bring your elbows towards your knees
- Slowly return back to starting position

Cable crunches

- Lean to one side engaging your obliques
- Stretch at the top of the movement while breathing out
- Squeeze at the bottom and exhale 
- Focus on a slow controlled movement

Dumbbell oblique crunches (standing)

- Holding your legs up at 45 degrees 
- Sit up and reach for your toes with both hands
- Squeeze at the top and exhale
