About Irene Pappas

Online personal trainer

Irene is passionate about movement as a tool for deep connection. She sees the body as a puzzle, and therefore a chance for self discovery. Over the past 9 years Irene has studied has studied and practiced many different styles of movement including yoga, weight lifting, hand balance, contortion, gymnastics style strength training, and calisthenics. She is a certified yoga teacher (500hr) and personal trainer (NASM). Using this combined knowledge, Irene teaches in a way that will help you understand your body better, build strength and usable flexibility.

Why only 10 latest workouts?
You have to keep up with me! I post fresh workouts and insights so you keep moving and learning!
Can I save workouts so they don't disappear?
Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
What type of workouts are you sharing?
Yoga, body weight strength training, handstands, calisthenics!
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Most of the classes can be done with a yoga mat, but some will need blocks, a strap, a stick, a wall, a blanket etc. I’ll always let you know at the beginning of a class if you need additional props!
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
My main goal is to increase your body awareness and help you feel better in your body. We will do this by building strength, flexibility, and patience.
