I'm so happy that you are here! My main goal with this program is to help feel confident and happy in your own skin. I created this program with you in mind to show you that by doing these exercises you can shape your body and feel confident about yourself. I will give you the tools that you need in order to succeed on your fitness goals but also on your overall health. This program will help you sculpt your entire body! We’ll be training legs and glutes three times a week. Upper body & ABS twice a week. Cardio: I recommend you to do it after weight training. This program is designed for all levels of fitness. Beginners: go slow, use a weight that you can control, take longer rest periods if needed & make sure you focus on form. Advanced: increase your weight & intensity as you progress
What do I need to participate in this program?
You’ll need little equipment to do this program. You will need a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands or kettlebells. Work with what you have available at home.
