Definitely feel the burn in places I have been neglecting. A bit confusing on the reps: is it 20 reps per leg, or 20 reps left leg then the next 20 reps right leg? I loved it either way

Kind of hard I started off all over again on a Tuesday but is never too late to start o er again and this time I’m going for my goal and giving everything out of me , I’m tired off slacking off and no results , not this time .
