My name is Hannah Davies, I qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer in 2008, a level 4 sports massage therapist in 2011 and I have a wide array of other qualifications within the health/ fitness field, including my 200hr Hatha/ Vinyasa Yoga qualification.
I did the majority of my trainings in the UK (where I am from). I moved to Canada in 2013 and I am currently based in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
I have been a Soft Tissue Therapist for the last 12 years (with a side of fitness/ yoga instructing) . I love being able help people by using a variety of hands-on techniques supporting them through injuries/ recovery, or simply helping them to relax & unwind.
On this platform, you can expect to see separate yoga classes, strength/ fitness classes, self massage guidance e.g using foam rollers and lymphatic techniques. But also classes or programs that will combine ALL those thing in a manageable way, so you aren’t spending hours focussing on one or the other.
