Welcome to Faith & Fitness!

This program isn't going to help you get on stage or run your first marathon. In fact it's not a "fitness challenge" at all. Instead it is going to help you build a firm foundation with your walk with God. The goal of the program is to help you build healthy habits in a way that allows you to get ready physically and mentally so you can be conditioned to go where ever God calls you to go without any hesitation.

The duration of this program is 40 days and for each day, you will receive a workout, a devotional straight from my journal as well as a verse that you can memorize for that day.

For the strength workouts, the goal is to show up, push your limits and discipline yourself. Don't just go through the motions but instead go into the workout with the intent of finishing strong. 

For the running workouts, go at your own pace. If you need to walk the mileage, do that. If you want to run it, then run it. Don't worry about following a specific pace or being in a specific zone.
