Hey, I’m Krista Kruszon—founder of Gritty Glitter Badger™ Fitness & Mindset, and the muscle behind the mission.
I’ve been in the game for over 35 years—starting in competitive sports at 8 years old, picking up weights at 15, and chasing CrossFit Masters Games qualification as a grown-ass woman with grit. I’ve lived it all: the PR highs, the injury lows, the burnout, the rebirth, and the evolution. And I’m still standing, still training, still leading from the front.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified in NLP , but more than that—I’m a coach who actually gives a damn. I created this program and this app not to impress you with fancy jargon, but to empower you with real tools that build strength, confidence, and staying power.
Why I Created This Program
Because I got tired of watching people waste their time on cookie-cutter ab circuits and influencer nonsense that burns out your body and leaves your nervous system fried. I created Core & Conquer as a foundational protocol—a way to train your entire core (not just chase a six-pack) with purpose, precision, and a little edge.
