Hi, my name is Gracie! I’m so thrilled you’re here. I’m a professional gymnast, coach, fitness enthusiast, and mentor that specializes primarily in character development & championship mindset building! While my gymnastics career at UCLA was extraordinary — winning a National Championship, earning 3 All-American and 5 PAC-12 Honors, and even getting a perfect 10 on floor — my path to achieving those goals was far from easy. As a walk-on athlete, I knew I was at a disadvantage and needed to do everything in my power to fight for my spot on the team. Without giving too much away, I’m going to give you the tools and resources to get the extra edge you’ve been needing to take your life to the next level! Through this program, you will adopt healthier habits that will ultimately strengthen you physically, emotionally, and mentally over time. Goals

Training Requirements
My workouts are strategically designed for a range of different of skill levels, age groups, and body types so that you can feel safely & effectively learn how to attack your day. The majority of my workouts can be done at home, at a public gym, and even outdoors! My hope is that you can use these easy to follow videos to achieve your ambitions and goals, without having to sacrifice your time or happiness. So psyched to train alongside you & help you become an absolute badass!!

• Former member of the UCLA Gymnastics Team (2016-2020) • NCAA Champion | 3X All-American | 5X Pac-12 Honoree • Was the floor coach & director of media for Utah State University’s Gymnastics Team • Specializations include: gymnastics, dance/choreography, performance quality, tumbling, acrobatics, calisthenics, strength, nutrition, injury prevention, and flexibility.
