Hi, my name is Gracie! I’m so thrilled you’re here. I’m a professional gymnast, coach, fitness enthusiast, and mentor that specializes primarily in character development & championship mindset building! While my gymnastics career at UCLA was extraordinary — winning a National Championship, earning 3 All-American and 5 PAC-12 Honors, and even getting a perfect 10 on floor — my path to achieving those goals was far from easy. As a walk-on athlete, I knew I was at a disadvantage and needed to do everything in my power to fight for my spot on the team. Without giving too much away, I’m going to give you the tools and resources to get the extra edge you’ve been needing to take your life to the next level! Through this program, you will adopt healthier habits that will ultimately strengthen you physically, emotionally, and mentally over time.
