I’m Camryn, the founder of Goat House Gym, and I am on a passionate mission to rescue fitness from the confines of boring, repetitive gym walls and return it to where it belongs...real life.
My credentials look great on paper. I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a PPSC Lifelong Performance Specialist, an RRCA Level 1 Run Coach, and a certified Snowboard Instructor. But what those acronyms actually mean is that I’ve spent years obsessing over how the human body moves, breaks, heals, and thrives. I don’t train people to look good under perfect fluorescent gym lighting; I train people to be absolute weapons in the real world.
My coaching philosophy is simple: We train inside so we can absolutely crush it outside.
I look at fitness through a unique lens that blends sports and recreation preparedness, structural longevity, and bulletproof injury prevention. Why?
