I have struggles so much with this..but after watching and practice with this video i understand this so much better☺️i never felt anything in my hamstring doing this,but now i feel it..

Just watched a few of the fix your form videos (I really should watch these more often) and I just love how you explain and demonstrate the movements. So simply put, encouraging and beginner friendly. Wish I lived closer to you so I could be one of your gym trainees! P.S. I might have accidentally pressed 4 stars instead of 5, I can't go back and check :(
