    Golf & Movement Coach

    I’m George, a professional golfer and long driver, and I pride myself on being one of only four athletes in the long drive circuit to hit all drives in a set over 400 yards within the grid. My mission is to help golfers improve their game through video tutorials on the golf swing and follow-along exercises aimed at enhancing movement efficiency and alleviating pain. As a movement coach, I believe that the golf club is an extension of the trail arm, and I see the swing as a dynamic throw. My coaching philosophy focuses on understanding how energy is transferred from the ground up, making the art of swinging a golf club accessible and straightforward. After qualifying as an alternate for the first round of the 2019 US Open, I am passionate about revolutionizing golf education. I believe that learning the game should be simple and enjoyable, rather than just a way to profit off aspiring golfers.     Frequently asked questions

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    Equipment is not necessary for a lot of the programs on here. Access to a driving range or golf net/simulator is necessary for much of the golf stuff.
    How soon will I see improvement?
    This varies depending on how much time/effort you put in. With just a couple days a week of work I expect you to see improvement within the first month of following along.
    I've never worked out before, can I still do this program?
    YES! ABSOLUTELY! Everything can be done at your own pace. We start of slow and gradually build up.
