Hi! My name is George.
I am a movement practitioner and a professional golfer/long driver.
From 2015-2019 I suffered from severe back and knee pain when I was playing golf at college. So much so that I had to stop playing all together for 6 months.
This took me on a search to find answers as to why some people are plagued with pain and injury, whilst others remain relatively pain free.
What I found was that the group of people that are plagued with pain and injury, all show the same characteristics in terms of how they move. And those that remain relatively pain free show the same characteristics, which are almost the opposite characteristics of those who deal with pain and injury.
So I started to change the way I trained my body, which in turn changed the way I moved. I went from showing the same characteristics as those in pain, to showing the characteristics of those without pain. And guess what! MY PAIN WENT AWAY. And more importantly it hasn't come back, to this day.
