Do I need to purchase equipment? You will be able to complete the 12 week recode with no equipment. Equipment will only be needed for the workouts, in which most equipment can be found at a regular gym
How soon will I get out of Pain? Most people see improvement within the first week of the 12 week recode. Everyone is different but if you are diligent with the process, by the end of the 12 week recode you should see a significant decrease in any pain you are experiencing.
I've never worked out before, can I still do this program? YES! ABSOLUTELY! Everything can be done at your own pace. We start of slow and gradually build up.
