I’m so excited to report that I just completed your beginners program after being out for two months from an injury! This is a huge moment for me. I was doing your rides 4x a week for the past few years when randomly one day I badly sprained my lower back doing the 4 corners movement. It’s been so so hard staying off the bike to recover and build lung back up slowly, but now I’m back! 🚴‍♀️🔥

Ah I loved your beginner program!  Always thought I was an intermediate rider, but this last ride kicked my ass in the best way. “Four Corners” is officially my new favorite move, and the song you played during that drill got me pumped AF. 

I still need practice being able to do choreo while in second position at a fast cadence, which is still difficult for me in some of your other rides. But excited to make progress on this over time!
