Hi! I'm Frank and welcome to Frank Romano Coaching. I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I was always an active kid and from the second I could stand I was kicking a football, this later transitioned into kicking people, when I found my love for Karate! Unfortunately when I was 17 my Mum passed away, this sent me into a spiral for the following 5 years. I didn’t know which way was up and couldn’t focus on building any sort of career or path for myself. The only consistent thing in my life was the gym.. I see training to be as much mental as it is physical, if your head says ‘go’ your body will follow. So when I coach I endeavour to make sure enjoyment is the number 1 factor, if enjoyment isn’t there, nothing will be. Fitness isn’t a one size fits all but there is always something that works for someone, its just about finding it.
