I had a moment today of realization I wanted to share 💕

A year and half ago I had emergency surgery to remove a softball sized ovarian cyst. Post op I was shocked (naively) to be struggling with my pelvic floor. At 25 and childless I was like what is happening. I literally could NOT do narrow heel elevated squats for the longest time. Today I did more weight than pre surgery 🥹 I would not have gotten here without your app and the core program. Thank you 💕
