Let's take your strength to a NEW level. This program was created to help you progressively overload each week. We focus on form and building that lean muscle! 3 days of strength (Push, Leg and Pull Day) with a Full Body "lighter" day. Let's do it!!

About the program

This program is designed to be used in a gym unless you have access to a Barbell at home. You will build strength, improve muscle endurance and create a progressive overload over the next 4 weeks. Each week you will be performing the same Push, Leg and Pull Workout with the intention of increasing weight each week while prioritizing good form. A Full Body Workout is included each week - go lighter on this day (this is meant to get a 4th workout in and move ALL parts of the body.) While rest days are important for the muscles to recover please add in 1-2 days of active rest days (walking, yoga, pilates, etc.)
