Get started today!

Start with the 5 minute warm up You will need a set of lighter dumbbells, I'm using 10 lb dumbbells. We will go through one full round with little to no rest (but take a rest if you need to) and then we will take a 45 second rest before repeating. There will be a cool down afterwards Full Body - 5 Rounds 10 alternating lunges with bicep curl 10 squat to lateral raise 20 bicycle crunches 8 Burpee to Tricep Kickbacks 10 Star Jumps (modification: Jumping Jacks)

Hi! I graduated with my Bachelors of Art in Psychology and then went on to become a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist since 2013! I have an online coaching business where I do one on one training, group challenges, nutrition coaching, etc. I’m also a HIIT coach at LA Fitness!
