This 6-week program is designed to help you move with purpose – each week we’ll set intentions and drop in. During each activity, we’ll focus on being present in our bodies. When we allow ourselves to be 100% present in our workouts, the mind and body benefits are bountiful.

About the program

The 6-week Presence Program is now available for self-study via my app. If you’re struggling to get into a groove or noticed that workouts feel a bit “transactional” lately, give this 6-week program a go. The Presence Program follows weekly themes and is designed to help you move with purpose, feel empowered, and have some fun. Easily mix in other modalities that you enjoy throughout the week like jogs, bike rides, long walks, etc.
  • 1 cardio boxing session (~45min)
  • 1 yoga flow (45-60min)
  • 1 strength session (10-20min)

About Emily Gokita

Fitness pro & personal trainer

Hi, I'm Emily! 👋 I’m a fitness professional and certified personal trainer with over 15 (!!) years of experience leading different movement formats starting with Zumba Fitness in 2009, expanding to cardio boxing, yoga, run coaching, HIIT, cycling, and more over the years. As a person currently in their marathon-mom-era, I'm passionate about helping others find joy and strength through movement. My primary focus is strength-building workouts with boxing and yoga flare. You'll find workouts that are great cross-training for runners (plus specific strength training for runners!) and some that are suitable for pre- and postnatal bodies. My goal is to create fun, energizing workouts that inspire you to move with purpose and feel good in your body.
