Hey, elle here! I want to start off by telling you a little about my own health & fitness journey, which started back in 2014.
I’ve been where you are.
I felt SO LOST, when I started this journey. I was on my own, really struggling with my body image, my self-confidence, and my relationship with food. I just did not know where to start. I found myself extremely frustrated many times with the endless conflicting advice from so-called “fitness professionals”.
So of course, I made MANY mistakes along the way. I thought in order to reach my goals, I needed to do hours of cardio and never eat my favorite foods again. (spoiler alert, that doesn’t work!)
Through lots of trial and error, and many small wins, my passion for this field grew. I became a certified PT through NASM, certified women’s fitness specialist, obtained 2 nutrition certifications, and even hired a coach of my own to compete in a bikini competition.
Over the course of the last DECADE, I have learnt A LOT about what TRULY works, what doesn’t, and what the key components are to creating REAL & LASTING change.
I now have a HUGE passion for guiding & cheering on women, who are in a similar place that I was. Helping them avoid common mistakes & get to their goals in an effective, sustainable, and more enjoyable way.
I offer both comprehensive workouts that you will find in the app as well as 1:1 online coaching for those wanting more customized guidance.
