Holy sweaty crap. Changed things around this week bc my legs were so sore even before I started today. I was also maybe putting it off bc of the zombie lunges and the lunge jumps. I was. VeRy surprised I could do them!

Legs were dead! Forgot to actually hit the finished at the end yesterday🫠
