Hey, I’m Eliza Katoa — mom of three, wife, certified personal trainer, entrepreneur, and one of seven kids. I’m obsessed with women’s strength, family time, lazy beach vacations, sushi, and a good homemade burger. I’m so glad you’re here.
My mission is simple: help women find joy, confidence, and empowerment through strength. I believe the most powerful transformation begins with believing you’re capable of more — more strength, more energy, more self-trust, and more confidence in every part of your life.
I created the Katoa Fitness App to build a community of women committed to becoming their strongest selves. I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands through their fitness journeys, and nothing fulfills me more than watching women step into their power and rewrite what they believe is possible.
My love for training started during my early-morning lifts as a D1 Pac-12 volleyball athlete. I was surrounded by an incredible team of coaches, PTs, dietitians, sports scientists, and sports psychologists who shaped my understanding of what true health looks like — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance working together.
After college, I trained clients 1:1 and in group settings before launching Katoa Fitness, where I’ve worked with hundreds of inspiring women and men. The best part of my job will always be witnessing someone push past self-doubt and choose a healthier, stronger version of themselves.
