Hello everyone! Welcome to my Playbook app! I’m Elina, I’m 39 and I’m a certified fitness coach! When my first kid was born, I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease Vitiligo. The autoimmune disease changed my life. I had to really slow down and find another approach to life. Fitness, yoga & mindfulness activities like meditation and breathing helped me get ME back and that is now what I help other women with. I’ve had 2 C sections, so I know what to do to help you get your core strength back and I will help you with that! I know how it feels to have a leaky gut and IBS. I will guide you through acceptance and help you get better and healthier! I am into sports since day one of my life because my parents were basketball coaches. I’ve spent my life in sports trainings and camps, assisting to my parents, working in sports since I was a teenager. I will help you get stronger physically and most importantly mentally! I will share low impact fitness workouts and breathing techniques to help you get back to your center. Through mindful movements you will build deeper relationships with your body and your soul. I love mixing different kind of fitness styles into mindful movement flows and workouts. You will find Barre workouts, functional and basic yoga workouts (power yoga & gentle flow), no jumping HIIT, strength workouts that you can do at home. You will find body weight only workouts & workouts with resistance bands and dumbbells. I will get you sweaty and happy! We don’t get younger, but we can get stronger! Let’s get FIT & MINDFUL!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home. All you will need is a yoga mat. If you want, you can add dumbbells to my workouts, but that it totally up to you!
