Hello everyone! Welcome to my Playbook app! I’m Elina, I’m 39 and I’m a certified fitness coach! When my first kid was born, I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease Vitiligo. The autoimmune disease changed my life. I had to really slow down and find another approach to life. Fitness, yoga & mindfulness activities like meditation and breathing helped me get ME back and that is now what I help other women with. I’ve had 2 C sections, so I know what to do to help you get your core strength back and I will help you with that! I know how it feels to have a leaky gut and IBS. I will guide you through acceptance and help you get better and healthier! I am into sports since day one of my life because my parents were basketball coaches. I’ve spent my life in sports trainings and camps, assisting to my parents, working in sports since I was a teenager. I will help you get stronger physically and most importantly mentally! I will share low impact fitness workouts and breathing techniques to help you get back to your center. Through mindful movements you will build deeper relationships with your body and your soul. I love mixing different kind of fitness styles into mindful movement flows and workouts. You will find Barre workouts, functional and basic yoga workouts (power yoga & gentle flow), no jumping HIIT, strength workouts that you can do at home. You will find body weight only workouts & workouts with resistance bands and dumbbells. I will get you sweaty and happy! We don’t get younger, but we can get stronger! Let’s get FIT & MINDFUL!

What are the goals of the program?
Perfect for beginners and to kick off a new year! We’re going to strengthen THE CORE every day with 3 exercises! Every CORE WORKOUT consists of 3 exercises! You can do 3 exercises every day or, for example, 6 exercises every other day! There will be 20 CORE WORKOUTS all together in this program!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
- Be consistent - Do at least 2-3 workout exercises per week - Do 3 exercises every day or 6-9 exercises every other day - Combine these workouts with my BARRE FUSION program
How to schedule the program into a week?
Go for 3 exercises every day or for 3-9 exercises every other day! The workouts don’t have to be long! If you add core exercises every day, the workouts can be 10-15 minutes long. If you want to add core exercises 2-3 times per week, then the workouts can be 10-30 min long! Everything is up to you! Please feel free to contact me for more info!
What do I need to participate in this program?
- a yoga mat - a resistance band - a chair - a pair of dumbbells (medium weight for your physical condition, there’s no right or wrong, only lighter weights and heavier ones) - a strong will to have some fun!!! 😅💪🏼👏🏼🙌🏼
