What are the goals of the program? Perfect for beginners and to kick off a new year! Weโre going to strengthen THE CORE every day with 3 exercises!
Every CORE WORKOUT consists of 3 exercises! You can do 3 exercises every day or, for example, 6 exercises every other day!
There will be 20 CORE WORKOUTS all together in this program!
How to get the best outcome of the program? - Be consistent
- Do at least 2-3 workout exercises per week
- Do 3 exercises every day or 6-9 exercises every other day
- Combine these workouts with my BARRE FUSION program
How to schedule the program into a week? Go for 3 exercises every day or for 3-9 exercises every other day!
The workouts donโt have to be long! If you add core exercises every day, the workouts can be 10-15 minutes long.
If you want to add core exercises 2-3 times per week, then the workouts can be 10-30 min long!

What do I need to participate in this program? - a yoga mat
- a resistance band
- a chair
- a pair of dumbbells (medium weight for your physical condition, thereโs no right or wrong, only lighter weights and heavier ones)
