Frequently Asked Questions

What is the goal of this program?
This is a 5-week, dumbbells-only workout that's designed to grow your arms and help you build total-body strength, too. It's built on the pillars of my training style, so we work to perfect technique and build mind-muscle connection in the early sessions, then gradually move heavier weights later in the program. Expect to get stronger, see serious arm growth, and pack on muscle all-around.

I was quickly humbled by this first workout. At the same time, this is the most inspired I’ve felt in years of exercising. Thank you.

It was a good exercise set. Tough at times. I was confused as to how to count the reps on the half-iso rows.

Was the 2nd excercise a mistake? It was pretty much the same as the first

Doesn’t seem like it would be a tough workout, but after the 3rd exercise I was feeling it.
