What equipment do I need? How can I substitute?
Dumbbells and bodyweight exercises is all we need to pack on muscle with this program 💪
How can I track my progress?
Take progress pics at the beginning/end of each program. AND... you will definitely want to hang on to those pictures for a shoutout! Use the Healthy Selfie feature (click the IG icon with "Progress" below) in the app to snap a photo, add a filter, and tag me on Instagram. How do I know if my form is correct?
Each exercise within the app has a video and exercise description. If you are still questioning your form, post a video on IG tag me -I will correct your form, if there are any issues. @ebenezersamuel23
I’m new to this - where do I start?
If you haven’t exercised in a while and just jumped into this program, start with weights that are easily controlled by you. Don’t risk an injury. In the beginning, just try to be consistent.
