What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program to help increase the development of your legs and glutes. This program is form focused and geared towards the best butt shaping 8 weeks minimum.
How to get the best outcome of the program? In order to gain the best turnout during this program be attentive to when you’re able to increase your weights during your eight week development. The more you are able to increase the weights the more each of these individual muscles will grow to exceed your expectations.
To really challenge yourself in consider cycling the program twice.
How to schedule the program into a week? This is an 8 week program (minimum) with six days a week of training.
The pattern for this program will be three days on one day off three days back on.
Take a vantage of your breaks and focus on stretching and keeping the mobility while developing through the series.
