This is an 8 week program (minimum) with six days a week of training. The pattern for this program will be three days on one day off three days back on. Take a vantage of your breaks and focus on stretching and keeping the mobility while developing through the series.
What do I need to participate in this program?
To participate in this program you will need access to a full gym. The gym should have most of the machines listed below. -Mat -Smith Machine -Leg press -Dumbbells -leg extension machine -hamstring curl machine -adductor machine -abductor machine -bench -Cable machine
