Hi, I’m E.Taylor, My journey of fitness, health and wellness started long before I could understand what the universe was providing. I purchased my first gym membership at the age of 16 as an outlet for life‘s tax. Little did I know that; it would later become my love and commitment to women & men around the world. The journey of taking this idea from “just a workout” to a “lifestyle”. Became my purpose. The fixing, the strengthening & consistent observation for injury development created a passion of story telling through the human body & all its shape shifting. Today; I am blessed to work with NYC’S most elite families in Real estate,art, and entertainment. Now; I am able to create a community and home for everyone, everywhere whom want to live, breathe and sleep a lifestyle that creates balance while reaping benefits one can only feel & others will only see there after. The Journey of health and fitness is one of one. Each and every individual has a story unlike the next. However, the one piece that consistently brings us together is where our perceived ability is conquered by our full potential. Goals
My goal is to help you build a consistent and healthy relationship with Health and fitness. I want create a space where my community feels at home when logging in to get there next workout done. The process is not about getting to “one day” but rather making every day, “day one”. My intention is to provide insight and create a space where I can consistently share some of my daily techniques that help me shape shift with every new phase in my life.

The main requirement Is a mindful commitment to self development. There’s just about everything. -No equipment for at home workouts or vacations. -Full Gym Access Or my favorite -2 items or LESS!!! Need actual stretching and not just rang of motion? Got that too!! 😏😉
