Beautiful! Loved the sequences. Really well built from easy to difficult and then at the end the music was a bit slower but the shapes had to be bigger so that felt natural by the time we got there. You also explained certain details along the way and that helps with everything. Even with already dancing ‘ori Tahiti for a while, learning i knew maybe 5%. Amazing!

I love how Dylan breaks down each movement and works our different muscle groups. The KOT and mobility exercises helped improve my levels and overall shape of fa’arapu so much!
