How Do Your Programs Work? We call them Workout Series rather than “programs” because they’re designed to give you both structure and flexibility. Each series is a 4-week block, built to guide you step-by-step through safe progressions while still allowing you to mix and match sessions when you need variety.
Each of our four-core Workout Series - 1. Foundations, 2. Lean & Toned, 3. Glute Builder, and 4. At Home - include 3-4 workouts per week (adjustable to your fitness level). Every workout is meant to be done in order, week by week, so you can train with confidence and see results at every stage.

I Am A Beginner, Which Series Should I Start With? Our Foundations - Beginner Series is designed for women over 40 who are ready to start their fitness journey the right way.
This series helps you build a strong, well-rounded foundation by combining strength training, cardio, and recovery into a balanced program.
With 3 workouts per week, customizable based on your current fitness level, you’ll gain the confidence, knowledge, and results you need to stay consistent. Each workout progresses at a steady, manageable pace to help you improve strength, build muscle, and boost overall fitness without feeling overwhelmed.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to listen to your body, adjust when needed, and create habits that last for years to come.
I Have Bad Knees. Can I Modify Any Of The Workouts? Yes! We encourage women with various health concerns (such as joint pain, osteoporosis, or previous injuries) to join. Our programs offers modifications to ensure exercises are safe and effective for your body while still delivering results.
Do I Have To Follow The Workouts In Order? For best results, we recommend completing each 4-week series in order. But if you’re short on time or looking for variety, you can also choose any workout as a stand-alone session.
What Happens After I Finish a 4-Week Series? You can repeat the series for continued progress, move on to a new series, or mix in your favorite workouts—it’s all designed to keep you moving forward without hitting a plateau.
