What type of workouts are you sharing?
A combination of weight training, bodyweight training, home workouts, Army ACFT, and work with whatever available equipment you might have.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
No. Whether you have equipment or not, we will find options to achieve the training objective of the day. 💪🏾⚡️
