By the end of this program you will have a higher increase in energy and strength.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
By following each instructions provided you will be maximizing the results. Complete each set and reps listed. If you can complete a movement you can sub it out for something else.
How to schedule the program into a week?
You can schedule the workouts based on the time you have through out the day. All you will need is 5 days out of the week.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is access to a gym. So any gym in your local town will do just fine. Invest in your health. Get a gym membership.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Anyone can perform these exercises, just change the weights to fit your strength and worn your way up.
