My name is Denise and I’m a fitness coach who runs the Fitness Transformation company Rebellion Body. I help women become stronger as they age so that we can live full and vibrant lives for all of our years. When I turned 49 I saw health, my energy, and my overall wellbeing decline while simultaneously seeing my weight skyrocket. Once I realized my fingers had grown too large for my wedding rings, I decided to change my life that day, and never looked back! I started tracking macros and weightlifting on the same day. Those early days of working out were tough, but I just KEPT GOING. In less than 9 months, I’d lost 50 pounds. Two years later, I stepped onto the stage as a Bikini Bodybuilding Competitor for the first time. I believe that we get to choose how we age. And together, women can break free from the outdated midlife narratives and live our lives to the fullest potential.
