How to schedule the program into a week?
This program consists of two or three workouts each week. It is meant to be combined with other workouts or programs on the off days! I would suggest doing one of my home or gym programs in conjunction with this one!!

What do I need to participate in this program?
Some of these workouts require equipment, so it would be best to do them in the gym or at home if you have equipment handy 🤗
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Make sure you’re eating a fully balanced diet, eating your protein, and of course, drinking your water!!! 💦 Also, make sure to do other workouts on the off days. You can use one of my gym or home programs!
