Frequently Asked Questions

How to get the most of the mindfulness category?
On your off days from programs or working out, I would recommend focusing on your mental health. That may mean going for a walk, meditating, listening to music that makes you happy, petting animals, sitting by water, people watching, reminiscing, socializing, calling family, or anything that helps you feel more grounded and peaceful. The more you repeat meditations or listen to themed talks, the better you will get at centering yourself and the more you will absorb each message. I highly recommend repetition as well as using some guided meditations to help you fall asleep naturally. Approach this category with an open mind as well as intention. And for anything you would like to see, please message me with ideas!
What are the goals of the mindfulness category?
The Think Like A Gymnast mindfulness category aims to help boost your mood, remind you that your life is worth living, your body is worth respecting, and help you hold your darkness within your light as well as navigate conversations with others to increase your chances of success with your goals, relationships, career, or finances.
What do I need to participate in this category?
You will need a wall or a seat with a back support, for comfort and I’d recommend earphones as well to help you truly immerse yourself in the message.

LOVE this! As a beginner, I can get easily discouraged but this was so encouraging.

I needed this today workout for the horrible horrible headache and a general malaise. Starting last late in the afternoon yesterday my body really started to become sore from my first attempt at a work out the day before. I tend to forget the bigger picture of tallying what I was able to accomplish vs focusing on my failures. Thank you for that

Watch Alexa, her meditations are super cool. They center you on breath or emotion, that was cool but we can go Deeper
