Great stretch sequence to open up the shoulders over the roller! I felt it - will definitely incorporate into my regular recovery stretches. Is there a recommendation as to how often in a week/month this should be done?

I fractured my shoulder in December and gaining that last inch of flexibility is important to me. This worked, I can reach the floor about my head 👍🏼

THANK YOU for doing this! I only have a short foam roller, so I tried it with that and using a yoga block under my head to try to make up some of the length. I liked this and know I will like it way more when I get a longer foam roller. Side note- love the voiceover on the video, so much better than relying on a text description only.
