Triceps are on fire. Biceps not as much. I felt it more in my shoulder than my bicep. Still can’t find 5 pound weights due to beach body people taking them for their work out. I find that I get better tricep bien one arm at a time than both so I made that change. And with my arm further back more parallel with my butt than my side when starting and also added tiny extensions and pulsated the muscle for more burn back there. I can do behind the head tricep dips. I just get a double click in my right elbow that I ignore and keep going. It was a good work out. High five.
