Perform all moves back to back, minimal breaks. The order is specific. I warm you up to your first big move, squat rack. Then we hit the abs and finish with inner thigh work (deficit sumo). 
Have fun with this one. 

And as always, hip thrusts. No workout Wednesday is complete without hip thrusts.

Aim for 4 rounds. At least 3. You will thank yourself for it.

- Lift KB off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling KB forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep
