Feeling it from yesterday but definitely a good one. Had to do the alternate version for the push ups and planks but I hope to be able to do regular version for the whole time within the next couple weeks. Really appreciate how you make these exercises so EVERYONE can do them. Just waiting to get accepted into the Facebook group now.
