How to get the best outcome of the program?
Challenge yourself! If you only have 1-2 sets of dumbbells I recommend increasing intensity through adding more reps, pulses or decreasing rest time
How to schedule the program into a week?
The program has 4 workout days per week. I recommend taking one rest day in between and not training over 3 days in a row consecutively
What do I need to participate in this program?
A pair of dumbbells. If you can have more than one pair I recommend having a lighter and heavier pair. Yoga mats and resistance bands are optional. You can do this whole program at home with one pair of dumbbell
