How do I know if Iโ€™ve officially signed up?

What are the goals of this Challenge?
The physical goals of this Challenge are strengthen & define your core while shedding overall body fat! However, itโ€™s about SO much more than abs! This is the first Challenge I will be providing a weekly meal plan that will consist of a breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack! This is optional but will hopefully give you great ideas & help keep you on track with your nutrition!
How do I schedule this program into my weekly routine?
This program should be done in conjunction with your existing training plan. The core & HIIT workouts in this challenge are quick & effective & designed to be done in addition to your main workout each day. Simply add these workouts to the beginning or end!
What equipment is required?
No gym membership or equipment is required for this challenge! For any exercise that uses a piece of equipment (for example: a pull up bar) I have also provided an alternative exercise that requires nothing but your bodyweight. You can do these workouts from anywhere!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Whether you are brand new to fitness or highly advanced, you will benefit from this challenge! Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means youโ€™ll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How should I take my progress photos?
Below are my 5 progress pic tips: 1. Personally, I prefer to take mine in the morning, before I eat or drink anything. 2. Wear a simple, plain outfit (no loose or baggy clothing). Itโ€™s best to wear a swimsuit or a sports bra and spandex shorts. Try to wear the same thing every time, or something that fits the same. 3. Find a location with good lighting (I recommend natural lighting) & where you can capture a full length view of yourself. 4. Take your photos from 3 different angles. Stand nice & upright & snap shots from the front, side & back. Try to stick to the same positioning every time. 5. Ask someone to take the picture for you or use the self timer feature. This is preferred over a selfie in the mirror, but if you must take it yourself, that is better than nothing.
Are progress photos required?
Progress photos are not required to participate, but they are required if you wish to be eligible to win not one, but TWO $5,000 REP Fitness equipment shopping sprees to build your dream home gym! I HIGHLY encourage you to take them, even if you donโ€™t care about winning. You will be SO glad you did when you truly commit to the next 8 weeks. Your photos remain private and I will never post them publicly without your permission first! If you submit photos & decide you want to retake them, simply go back to the challenge page in the insights tab & go through the sign up process again. PLEASE make sure that you use the SAME email! ๐Ÿ™Œ Please use the link found in the intro video description or in the โ€œextrasโ€ tab to submit your progress photos. The final day to submit your Day 1 photos is January 8th.

No! The FB group is totally optional but highly encouraged! My core is definitely a weaker point in training so I decided this challenge would be perfect. In this challenge I lost about 13 pounds, developed a stronger core and found my passion for fitness again!
