About the program

This program is a progressive overload program. Following volume 1, now we will Pick up the pace and add strength and muscle! What is progressive overload: Gradual Weight Increases: When weight training, gradually increase the amount of weight you lift. Start with a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form, and as you become comfortable, gradually add more weight, or more reps!
