This is a beginner shoulder workout. This is not complex and pretty straight forward. The biggest thing when working shoulder is keeping constant muscle tension on your deltoids (shoulders) this way it makes them more defined and ultimately you’ll notice it will bring out deep cuts in your arms making them look crazy! When doing this workout your going to use dumbells. Keep in mind we don’t need to use heavy weights for this 5 to 10 lbs is enough. It’s never about the weight it all about the muscle tension and the squeeze!
