First and foremost thanks for coming to my page! My name is Chris Morton , i am a personal trainer dedicated to getting the best out of my clients. I been training over 10 years. And have played sports since i was 6 years old. I’m a master at HIIT as well as strength and conditioning. The workouts i like are intense i love getting maximum effort out of my clients bringing them to levels they didn’t even know they had. If you don’t know the motto…… i got you! “ How Many Sets?!! ….. Most the workouts can be done with minimal equipment most of it is with dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight and Ofcourse I’ll be uploading videos from the gym
