This is the start to summer shredding. A series I have created to help guide others in the process of getting shredded and lean for the summer! This is the exact plan I am following through my fitness series on youtube. This plan is designed to challenge you and build a solid foundation. Phase 1 is 6 weeks there are two total phases.12 weeks total! make sure to focus on the rest for each workout, its key to burning extra calories throughout your training session.
