	•	Minimal equipment needed – just dumbbells and a long resistance band
	•	Modifications and progressions provided to meet you where you are

***If you need help with macros, nutrition or meal plans, PLEASE reach out to me and I can help. 

***It is also programmed with 5 workouts per week. If you cannot fit 5 into your schedule, don’t stress. You can either do less workouts per week and move the other workouts to the next week making the program longer than 6 weeks OR you can remove an upper or lower body day depending on your goals. Please reach out and we can come up with a solution together to fit your specific schedule.
