Get ready to feel strong, confident, and energized all summer long with Summer Shred – a home-based or gym based workout program designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to challenge yourself, this program delivers results. What to Expect: • 5 workouts per week (flexible to fit your schedule) • Workouts designed to tone, strengthen, and burn fat • Minimal equipment needed – just dumbbells and a long resistance band • Modifications and progressions provided to meet you where you are • A balanced mix of strength, endurance, and core-focused training Jump in, stay consistent, and let’s crush your summer goals – all from the comfort of your home! ***If you need help with macros, nutrition or meal plans, PLEASE reach out to me and I can help. ***It is also programmed with 5 workouts per week. If you cannot fit 5 into your schedule, don’t stress. You can either do less workouts per week and move the other workouts to the next week making the program longer than 6 weeks OR you can remove an upper or lower body day depending on your goals.     What are the goals of this program?

    What do I need to participate?
    - You will need a set of dumbbells, and a long band if you are working out at home. - A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    The workouts are designed for all levels Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What's the schedule?
    This program includes two lower body , two upper body and one full body training day per week, with two rest days. You can absolutely modify as needed to decrease the total number of workout days per week.

      I'm Christina, and this is my story.

      I am a strength and conditioning specialist as well as a physical therapist helping you build a stronger core and body to prevent injuries and feel good in your skin. I started my fitness journey unhappy with my body, lacking confidence and always just chasing a number on the scale.
